Need help with Georgia auto insurance laws.? - auto insurance laws
If you have a car in Georgia and have a car insurance policy in your name only, what would happen if you have another person go over the car and had an accident that was their fault? Is insurance for the car or the payment, the insurance costs for drivers? In addition, if the driver has no auto insurance, would be responsible for damages? Thank you!
