I'm building a koi pond and need a pile of rocks, having been to some places in the garden, the prices insane! Then i herd through the Internet, you can apply for authorization to purchase and get the rock formations, rivers, etc.. and is much cheaper, also allowed are usually around $ 50.00, that's true, and if so, when I get the permit in the Central Valley in California
