Cakebread is a great name, and the level of wine nerd, famous or infamous. Why he is ready to drink now, save so little about them.
In general, save the entire "" the wine is all about wine and aging. Cakebread is not a brand that comes to mind here, since they are easily accessible and changed not much to add to the vintage. I wish some of the bankers in 2005 in Bordeaux Right Watch (ie, St. Emilion, Pomerol or), Merlot, if you prefer. It has just been published, and are the highlight of 5-10 years, when it will be difficult, too. If you can bear it, to keep them in a safe place, that's what you get. You can find a very good price if you act quickly.

Cakebread make a decent wine, however, is that vinter drink immediately. Save it for @ one years should be good. Keep it black and @ 60DEG. F. probably not much improved, but not bad for a few years.
